completed before April 1, 1999 will be recognized.
An operator as of September 15, 1999, who was born after April
1, 1983, is required to have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
All operators of powered watercrafts
under 4 meters in length, including personal watercraft, by September
15, 2002, are required to show proof of competency.
All operators of powered watercraft
by September 15, 2009, are required to show proof of competency.
