What's FNCC?

FNCC is the acronym for Forensic & Nautical Consultants of Canada Inc.

FNCC provides courses required by Canadian Coast Guard regulations which came into affect on April 1, 1999. These regulations require operators of powered vessels to obtain a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.

We currently offer courses in the classroom, by correspondence and by an online safe boating exam . FNCC is one of the certified expert groups accepted by the Office of Boating Safety of the Canadian Coast Guard. FNCC is mandated by the Canadian Coast Guard to submit candidates to a written exam for the issuing of a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.

Get your boating license online!. The online exam is fully accredited by the Canadian Coast Guard and is a convenient way to get certified. Your Pleasure Craft Operator Card will be issued after successful completion of the exam.
